About
The healthcare sector in Ukraine faces fragmentation in international activities and assistance. To address this issue, we are launching an initiative to coordinate these efforts, following the successful model of the ammunition initiative. The Czech Republic aims to bring together the international community to coordinate and efforts for rebuilding health infrastructure, enhance health capacity, and bring effective solutions to hospitals and health institutions in Ukraine. The Global Healthcare Initiative for Ukraine Conference aspires to establish a platform for joint action to help Ukraine health sector.

Czech Republic’s role
The Czech Republic is committed to launching a health initiative for Ukraine and establishing a global healthcare fund. This conference aims to open an international dialogue that leads to tangible outcomes, including fundraising efforts to meet Ukraine‘s medical needs and fostering academic discussions with universities to develop sustainable healthcare structures.
